		<description>Beautiful Rolls! I guess you just have a thing for height what with the measuring beaker and the rolls being so high.

I actually use autolyze all the time, but mostly because the DLX mixes better after I leave the dough alone for a bit after combining the ingredients.</description>

		<description>Cindy is right!  Majestic, like a crown.  I found that tying the dough in knots was kind of fun, but I only made 2.5 ounce rolls, so that we would eat them all up.  For some reason, littler gets eaten faster in my house.</description>

		<description>Baking the kaisers in the roll pan gave them such height.  They look quite majestic.  Interesting observation about your tall proofing container.  I wonder if it really does help the dough ferment faster?</description>
