		<description>The loaves look wonderful. Your slashing has definitely improved. I used half and half for this one, despite some mishaps, and I think that might have done enough to distinguish it from the Pane Siciliano.</description>

		<description>I love the pattern you made with the slashing.  It looks so Artisan!  I agree, and think the tight crumb is due to the semolina.  This bread is great for panini sandwiches the next day.</description>
