I only have one general cookbook: Mark Bittman's How to Cook Everything Vegetarian (there's also just a plain How to Cook Everything, which includes meat recipes). Other than that, I have a lot of baking cookbooks, but that's it. I love W-S, too! I always get my American Express membership rewards in the form of Williams-Sonoma gift cards. I have too many cooking gadgets, way more than are necessary. I'm not sure I could even pick a favorite.
